職位描述：
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 協(xié)助銷售人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)談判；
Assist sales personnel in technical negotiations;
2. 與用戶的技術(shù)溝通、協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理處理技術(shù)方案；
Communicate with the users of the technology;
3. 新設(shè)備的安裝、調(diào)試；
Installation, commissioning of new equipment;
4. 及時(shí)反饋技術(shù)服務(wù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，提出改進(jìn)建議;搜集客戶需求和技術(shù)信息；
Timely feedback of the problems found in technical services, make recommendations for improvement; and collect clients needs and technical information;
5. 銷售人員技術(shù)培訓(xùn)；
Technical training of sales staff;
6. 定期回訪客戶，并及時(shí)處理客戶投訴；
Regularly visit customers, and timely processing of customer complaints;
7. 售后維修服務(wù)工作；
After-sales maintenance services;
8. 建立客戶回訪和維修檔案；
Establishment files of customer visiting and maintenance;
9. 其他相關(guān)工作。

任職資格：
1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷，理工科類專業(yè)；
Bachelor degree or above, majored in science and engineering;
2. 5年以上鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5 years of experience in boiler design or related work;
3. 具有工程師資格；
With the engineer's qualifications;
4. 熟悉鍋爐行業(yè)國(guó)內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
Familiar domestic and international standards of the boiler industry;
5. 熟悉公司產(chǎn)品技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和參數(shù)，了解生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)流程；
Familiarized with product technical standards and parameters , understand the production and operation processes;
6. 較好的英語(yǔ)讀寫和口語(yǔ)能力；
Well written and spoken English;
7. 較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新和學(xué)習(xí)能力；
Strong innovation and learning ability;
8. 較好的溝通和談判能力；
Good communication and negotiation skills;
9. 較強(qiáng)的成本與服務(wù)意識(shí)。
